Peter Peter: Tergiverse

Peter Peter is an imaginative fellow, with an eye for pretty gals, poems and music. In his infancy, he fancied himself to be Bruce Willis, as Die Hard 1,2, and 3 were quite popular at the time. Then, in his teen years, his focus changed to be Jim Morrisey. Go figure.

In French language, tergiverser is the verb for dithering, and it's a song about dithering for one reason or another.
